MPM Momentum Screen Printers

Our Speedline MPM Momentum screen printers provide for a highly reliable printing system with performance that is unmatched by any other printer in its class. This printer includes a state of the art digital camera, which includes telecentric lenses, advanced optics and lighting techniques, resulting in unmatched vision performance in both alignment and post-print inspection. Maximum allowable board size is 609mm x 508mm. This machine has the ability to inspect the paste after each print to ensure zero zefects.

Samsung SM320's

These highly reliable Samsung advanced high speed flexible component placer can reach speeds of up to 21,000 components per hours (chips) and up to 5,500 components per hour (QFP). This machine can handle boards sizes up to 460mm(L) x 400mm(W). The head of this machine has 6 spindle units, each with an individual flying vision camera. Digitally controlled lighting system provides homogeneous and reliable illumination. All machines feature a docking cart system which allows for offline setup for immediate switch over.

Samsung CP45V Neo

The CP45V Neo is a high precision placer with a speed of up to 15,000 components per hour. This machine also features non-contact-type centering using an aligner and vision recognition camera. 3 spindles compose the head of this module, each with its own aligner camera. This machine is capable of installing components as little as 0201. It can handle board sizes up to 460mm(L) x 400mm(W). All machines feature a docking cart system which allows for offline setup for immediate switch over.

The CP40-CV is a multi-purpose, high- precision component placer that adopts non-contact-type centering using an aligner and vision recognition camera. This machine can place up to 24,000 components per hour. 3 spindles compose the head of this module, each with its own aligner camera. This machine is capable of installing components as little as 0201. All machines feature a docking cart system which allows for offline setup for immediate switch over.

This oven is considered one of the best convection ovens in the industry. Its reliability and ability to rapidly reach high temperatures makes it the perfect tool to re flow multiple layer boards with a substantial amount of ground planes between layers. It has 7 zones on the top and bottom which allows for a very efficient oven profile creation. his oven Performs perfectly with Lead Free solder. It has a mesh belt conveyor and a pin chain for double-sided boards.

KISS 104 Automated Selective Soldering

The KISS-104 is the completely automated "in-line" version of the KISS-103 handling boards up to 18" x 24". It has a SMEMA pass through conveyor that features automatic conveyor width adjustment and a "crowder" to facilitate positive location of the board.The board is maintained stationary during the soldering process preventing components from toppling over causing "unset" inter-metallic fillets. The KISS-104 couples high throughput with precise process controls. The programmable features provide the tools to set all process parameters, including immersion depths, pre-heat dwells, travel distances and speeds, solder temperature and wave height. Once set, the system will repeat precisely. The KISS-104 will out produce 6 or more operators soldering with an iron while significantly increasing the solder joint quality and to a predictable schedule.
