Profab works closely with partners to utilize their design solution programs for attracting and growing business. We aim to become familiar with and embrace the different programs offered by our partners so that we can interface better with our customers and provide more complete solutions. Design solution programs are investigated and catalogued internally for our sales engineers to put to use

Recommended Products Program

When we share a customer utilizing novel and value-added product lines, with which which Profab has become familiar and developed expertise in manufacturing, we showcase these products to our customers and review them on the Profab website. This creates interest, drives web traffic, and creates added value to our customers.

Last look and sole-source agreements

Profab's Partner Program is built around loyalty. We know it takes hard work to design in a product and want to be your security to ensure the business will not go elsewhere. We will ensure that our partners will get last look on all buys and that we keep them in-the-know of any updates and potential threats.

Lighthouse Program

For customers bringing assemblies over from an existing manufacturer, Profab will make the transition as painless as possible.

• No Tooling Fees or NREs. This includes Production Setup, Documentation, Stencils, Tooling, Carriers, Bare PCB tooling, Bare PCB test, and whatever other upfront costs there may be. There is a maximum waived value, based on program value, however in most cases everything is covered.
• Materials take-over. Profab will work with the former vendor to take over all inventory they would otherwise have been stuck with.

Early-stage manufacturability design review

We try to get involved as early as possible in the product development process. This gives us the ability to foresee possible manufacturing bottlenecks and issues at a time when replacements or changes could easily be designed in. Thus, retooling and redesign costs and delays are avoided for improved time to market.

Profab invests a great deal of resources in continuous improvement of our systems and processes. We have made a commitment to developing our own software systems in-house, giving us exceptional control over customer relationship management (CRM), project management, production management, change management, purchasing, financing, and plenty more. Profab is dedicated to quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. We continuously exceed our high yield targets and rarely do rework because we do it right the first time. We have redundant quality checks and exceptional process control to ensure everything we send out is correct. Our RMA log literally collects dust and we aim to keep it that way.
